The journey of the DOWATEK HardEnduroSeries Germany heads south this weekend. The MCC Reisersberg, as every year, hosts the mid-season race. In the Bavarian Forest, the half-time champion will also be honored. Will it be the series' mainstay Leon Hentschel or the youngster Henry Strauss?
The two riders from Lower Saxony are currently separated by only one point in the standings. Hentschel scores consistently, while Strauss won the last race and thus reclaimed the top spot.
For BETA rider Leon Hentschel, Reisersberg is also a special race, as he was able to rejoin the series there last year after a long illness and was immediately rewarded with a podium finish.
Strong guest riders, as always, at the start in Reisersberg
As always, there are many guest riders in Reisersberg. Due to its southern location, many riders attempt to start in the series at least once. This time, Pascal Sadecki is also participating. The Zschopau native was already enrolled in the series in 2019 but then switched to the Enduro DM. In Reisersberg, the current fourth-place holder in the German Enduro Youth Championship is making a comeback. The fast Fantic rider is expected to be a strong contender, especially in the ACE Bikes Prolog Award.

Due to official regulations, the event day in Reisersberg, as every year, starts at 8:30 AM with the ACE Bikes Prolog Award. This is quickly followed by the first Luminus Energie HESG Kids race and the first group races. After that, there is a longer lunch break until 1:30 PM, before continuing with the day's main events. The final starts at 4:15 PM and, hopefully, can be completed without thunderstorms this time.
The riders can expect a slightly modified course compared to previous years due to construction work in the area, which has resulted in new terrain sections.
