Continuing in Crimmitschau - The Gablenz Gravel Pit will have around 200 Riders sweating it out this weekend
The DOWATEK HardEnduroSeries Germany continues at full speed. Two weeks after the season opener in Reetz, around 200 participants are expected at the event hosted by HET Reinsdorf.
Fans can expect another exciting event. Like last year, the Offroad Days are a joint event of HESG and the Saxon Offroad Cup. The SOC will have two races on Saturday, while HESG will hold its race day on Sunday.
As in the previous year, it's worth noting that the ACE Bikes Prolog Award will be held on Saturday evening at 6:00 PM. On Sunday, the group races and the final race of HESG will take place. Also returning are the Luminus Energy HESG Kids, where a participant record could even be expected this time.
Once again, a strong field of participants with international flair
For years, Crimmitschau has boasted the strongest field of drivers of the season. Once again, nearly 200 Riders have submitted their online registration to the HESG organization. This brings international flair once more, with participants from 8 nations.
Among them are all the top drivers from Reetz, setting the stage for close battles at the front. The goal of contenders like Henry Strauss, Leon Hentschel, and Felix Bähker will be to get closer to Sonny Goggia. The Italian, racing for the FB.factory Racing Team, scored full points in Reetz when he entered the series. However, in the Prolog Award, there was less than half a second separating the world championship pilot from his pursuer, Felix Bähker.
Goggia is certainly the most prominent starter in the history of the race at HET Reinsdorf e.V., as he has been the Superenduro European Champion, Italian Champion, ninth in the Red Bull Romaniacs, and a finisher in the legendary Erzbergrodeo. He finished last year's 24MX Getzenrodeo in 8th place.
Supporting program in the HESG Village
Even away from the racing action, there's plenty to experience in Crimmitschau. In the HESG Village, stalls from series partners invite you to stroll around. The HESG Shop offers the entire HESG Collection, so you can purchase the latest t-shirts and other items directly on-site.
HET Reinsdorf will once again provide the necessary culinary delights, and DJ Rajko will ensure the right atmosphere in the festival tent on Saturday evening.
For the first time, there will be a Motorcycle Limbo as a side event on Saturday evening, with prizes worth 400 euros for participants to win.
