Online registrations for the season opener in Neuhaus-Schierschnitz have been running since yesterday, Wednesday 22 February. The race, which will start on 1 April, is also a first highlight of the season as it celebrates an anniversary in 2023. 24 races have now been successfully held since the first race of the series in 2018. MC Isolator will thus host the 25th anniversary event of the series. Leading up to the event and during the race weekend, the HESG will look back at the 24 races so far. The races in southern Thuringia already counted as part of the series in 2018, 2019 and 2021 and were always something special in the calendar, and that's how it should be this year too.

Already on the first day, almost half of the possible 150 starting places were taken.
New highlights on 22/23.04.23 in Crimmitschau
The HET Reinsdorf has some innovations in store every year, and this year is no exception. For the first time, the prologue will be held on Saturday evening. However, participation is not compulsory, so as before, arrival and technical scrutineering will be possible on Sunday. All riders who do not wish to take part in the prologue or are prevented from doing so due to other appointments will be sorted into the starting grid for the group races on the basis of the results from Neuhaus-Schierschnitz. Those who did not take part in Neuhaus-Schierschnitz will be sorted in the order of their starting numbers.
"The HET Reinsdorf informed us in the last few days that this year there is the possibility to hold the Prolog Award already on Saturday evening. As the series organisation, we have agreed directly, because this will allow us to spread out the race Sunday a bit. Due to the large area in Crimmitschau, we have often been pressed for time in the past. The process should now be significantly improved by this new possibility. In addition, we will rotate the starting order in the Prolog Award for the first time. In order to maintain the tension, the best rider will start last, just like in Superpole in the Superenduro World Championship," series organiser Denis Günther is satisfied.
The Prolog Award in the evening promises special flair
All in all, the HET Reinsdorf will once again offer a full programme on 22/23 April 2023. Once again, the Saxon Offroad Cup will take place on Saturday. The "SOC" has established itself as the largest series in the eastern part of Germany and offers both hobby and sports riders the best opportunities.
As a special new extra, there will be a night enduro on Saturday evening. On an easy route, it will start at dusk and finish in the dark, in the style of earlier 24-hour races. More information will follow.
Online registration for the second race of the season will start on 22.03. at 12.00 noon.
